Goods received at Moscow warehouse — defects discovered immediately
All tents inspected upon arrival. Massive defects found across the entire batch: dirty footprints on white fabric, fabric stains that cannot be removed, broken connectors, poor quality materials throughout. First complaint sent to Ciara Zhou via Alibaba messenger the same day.

Full inventory completed — 166 photos submitted as evidence
Complete defect inventory conducted. 166 photographs documenting defects across all tent sizes and categories sent to supplier via Alibaba. Supplier acknowledged receipt and said she would "organize the information."

Supplier goes silent
After one brief response saying she needs to "organize the information," Mrs. Ciara Zhou stopped responding entirely. Follow-up messages on July 7 and July 8 left unread and unanswered.

Documented defects

Footprints on white fabric
Multiple tents have visible dirty footprints across the ceiling and wall fabric — evidence that goods were walked on during storage or handling. Impossible to clean.

Permanent fabric stains
Large dark stains across fabric panels — not dirt but defects in the fabric itself. Cannot be removed. Goods cannot be sold or rented in this condition.

Broken connectors
Plastic connectors break under minimal stress — some broke simply during transportation before any use. Metal connectors were specified; powder-coated plastic of this quality is not fit for purpose.

Substandard fabric quality
Fabric does not correspond to the 600D Oxford specification listed in the contract. Thin, inconsistent weave, prone to damage.

Defective zippers and velcro
Zippers misaligned or non-functional on multiple units. Velcro strips incorrectly attached or failing.

Cosmetic damage to frames
Paint chips and surface damage on aluminum frame components across multiple tent sizes.
